Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Blocks II and VI, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mangamuka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
