Altering the Boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area situated in the Wellington Land District, and being portion of the Masterton County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District situated at the south-west corner of Section 53, Block VI, Kopuaranga Survey District, and following in a northerly direction the western boundaries of Sections 53, 51, 50, and 52, Block VI, Kopuaranga Survey District, to a point on the northern boundary of the Masterton County situated at the north-west corner of the above-mentioned Section 52; then following the northern boundary of the Masterton County as at present constituted in an easterly direction to the north-west corner of Section 210, Block VII, Kopuaranga Survey District; then following the north-east boundary of the said Section 210 to its north-east corner; then following the boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District as at present constituted in a southerly direction to the south-east corner of Section 119, Block XI, Kopuaranga Survey District; then again following the boundary of the said Wairarapa Electric-power District in a westerly direction to the starting-point; the same being more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 95706, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of May, 1937.

Land proclaimed as Road in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, Heathcote County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Christchurch Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 5Β·8 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 3839.
Situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.P. 2444.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95551, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of May, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the Borough of Otaki described in the Schedule hereto.
