IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of BURNLEY'S GLASS COMPANY, LIMITED.

N OTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute-book the above-named company on the 7th day of May, 1937, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Accountants Chambers, 39 Johnston Street, Wellington, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon of 17th May, 1937, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 16th day of April, 1937, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :-

"It was resolved that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily."

"It was resolved that Mr. R. Y. COLLINS, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company."

Notice to Creditors to Prove.

The liquidator of A. W. Osborne, Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 10th day of June, 1937, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Companies Act, 1933, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

N OTICE is hereby given that on the 5th day of May, 1937, the above-named company passed the following extraordinary resolution :-

  1. "That the company by reason of its liabilities cannot continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily."

  2. "That ADRIAN BUXTON BLACK, Company Secretary, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator."

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of the N.Z. ELECTRIC STEELWORKS, LIMITED.

N OTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-named company held in the offices of Messrs. McKellar, McCallum, and Ellyett, 227 Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 6th day of May, 1937, the following special resolution was passed :-

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WALTER ROBERT McCALLUM, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up."

All persons or companies having claims against the above-named company are required to send full particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 31st day of May, 1937, otherwise they may be excluded from participation in any distribution of assets.
