LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of mortgage No. 26970, of which WILLIAM WITTERS, of Gisborne, Sheep-farmer, is the registered proprietor, affecting Small Grazing-run No. 45, contained in Crown lease entered in Register-book Vol. 8L, folio 133, the said mortgage No. 26970 being subject to mortgage No. 26972 in favour of the NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY, LTD., and application having been made to me to register discharges of the said mortgages, dispensing with the production of the said outstanding duplicate of mortgage No. 26970, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the said discharges at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
