Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from C. R. Le Grice for a license to take fish for sale at Kaipara by means of a 32 ft. motor-boat using set-nets, long-lines, and hand-lines.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 3rd June, 1937.

Constituting Ngahape Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be called or known as the Ngahape Development Scheme.

The following land, situate in the XV Puniu and III Mangaorongo Survey Districts, in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District: Rangitoto A 1A and A 1B 2 Section 5A: Area, 423 acres 2 roods 10 perches, and comprising—
