Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Land
formerly known as the Tangihua Domain for the Purposes
of the Beachlands Domain, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of
May, 1937.
Present :
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that the moneys
received in respect of that area formerly known as the
Tangihua Domain, which area is described in the First
Schedule hereto, and lying to the credit of the Tangihua
Domain Board Account, shall be applied in managing,
administering, and improving the Beachlands Domain,
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 33, Block II, Tangihua Survey District : Area,
65 acres, more or less.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—BEACHLANDS DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Manukau County, containing by ad-
measurement 7 acres 1 rood 38·2 perches, more or less, being
Lots 40 and 1130 on Deeds Plan 619, being portion Allot-
ment 44, Parish of Maraetai ; Lots 108, 114, 157, 167, 175,
and 1131 on Deeds Plan 619, being portion of Allotment 17,
Parish of Maraetai. As the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked J. and S. 1/875, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wel-
ington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Hugh Christopher Boys,
George Oswald Donovan,
Ellis Pryce Fisher,
Richard Scarborourgh Fisher,
Norman Grant Nisbet,
Twentyman Jackson, and
Frederick James Read
to be the Motu Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint
Friday, the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Public Hall, Motu, as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Edmund Dineen,
John Thomas Parker, and
Peter Gemmell Wright
to be the Otekaike Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint
Monday, the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Otekaike Hall as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Kaitaia Town Board
to be the Tangonge Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby
appoint Wednesday, the nineteenth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-seven, at twelve noon, as the time
when, and the County Chambers, Kaitaia, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TANGONGE DOMAIN.—NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more
or less, situated in the Kaitaia Town District, being the land
shown as a recreation reserve on a plan lodged in the Deeds
Register Office at Auckland as No. 108, and being portion of
Old Land Claim No. 7, Certificate of Title, Auckland Registry,
Volume 530, folio 132.
