Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block XIV, Tatuа Survey District, and Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Taupo County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tatuа and Tauhara Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Rangaunu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95750, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of May, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Kumeu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 15·6 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 9 and part Muriwai Block, being parts Lot 3, D.P. 9596; closed road (Proclamation No. 4830); and part Kahukuri Block, being part Lot 3, Block VIII, D.P. 11865.

Situated in Block IX, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28681.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94879, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of May, 1937.
