NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution
of the creditors of the above-named company passed
at a duly convened meeting on the 27th day of April, 1937,
I was appointed liquidator of the company, and all creditors
are advised to forward particulars of their claims to my
address for service, situated at the Power Board Buildings,
Queen Street, in the City of Auckland.

HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the
Hamilton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of Β£2,300 authorized to be raised by the
Hamilton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act
for the purpose of providing sewer drains, stormwater drains,
water-mains and services, including the costs of all necessary
labour and materials for plans and supervision, the said
Hamilton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special
rate of fivepence (5d.) in the pound upon the rateable value
(unimproved) of all rateable property in the Richmond area,
being that portion of the Waipa County which was added to
the Borough of Hamilton as at the 1st day of July, 1936,
and is fully described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 43 of
the 2nd day of July, 1936, at page 1259, and that such
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the first day
of April in each and every year during the currency of such
loan, being a period of thirty (30) years or until the loan is
fully paid off."

I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution
passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hamilton Borough
Council held the 29th day of April, 1937.

Companies Act that at an extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of the above-named company duly
convened and held at Christchurch on 28th April, 1937, the
following special resolution was duly passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that

be appointed liquidator for such winding up."

of May, 1937, at 2.15 p.m., for the purpose of appointing
a liquidator in the place of the late Mr. John Gifford Restell,
deceased.

that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Invercargill on the 21st day of May, 1937, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desiring to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and
a copy of the petition will be furnished any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the
undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

any), and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post
in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's
address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon
of the 20th day of May, 1937.

TAURANGA BOROUGH COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FOR AN AERODROME.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga Borough
Council proposes to take the piece of land described
in the Schedule hereto under the provisions of the Public
Works Act, 1928, and section 2 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1935, for purpose of an aerodrome: And that a
plan showing the lands required to be taken is deposited at
the office of the Tauranga Borough Council situate in Municipal
Buildings, Willow Street, Tauranga, and is open for public
inspection during office hours; and also that all persons
affected by the taking of the said lands shall if they have any
well-founded objection to the taking of the said land set
forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty
days from the 4th day of May, 1937 (being the date of the
first publication of this notice), to the office of the Tauranga
Borough Council aforesaid addressed to the undersigned.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land situated in the Provincial
District of Auckland, containing 7 acres 0 roods 19 perches,
more or less, being the block of land called Whareroa No. 2E
No. 6A, situate in Blocks VI, VII, X, and XI, Tauranga
Survey District.
