NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of P. B. Sheather Co. (N.Z.), Ltd. (in Liquidation), will be held in the offices of Mazengarb, Hay, and Macalister, 21 Brandon Street, Wellington, at noon on Monday, the 17th day of May, 1937, for the purpose of enabling the liquidator to lay before such meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, of passing as an extraordinary resolution the following resolution :— “Resolved that the accounts as submitted by the liquidator be approved, and that the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator be retained by the liquidator for a period of one year fron the date hereof after which time they may be destroyed by the liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned NOEL SELWYN MAXWELL, RAVELIN AUGUSTUS LITTLE, and HECTOR RICHARD LITTLE, carrying on business as Manufacturers' Merchants and Commission Agents at Auckland under the style or firm of “ Australasian Agencies,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 19th day of April, 1937. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Noel Selwyn Maxwell who will continue to carry on the said business under the same style or firm.

TAKE notice that I, HELEN MAY BRACKEN, of Waitetuna, near Hamilton, formerly known as Helen May van Renen, have for myself and my issue abandoned my former surname of van Renen and have adopted the surname of Bracken, and that a deed-poll evidencing the same has been filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-mentioned company, held at the registered office, Dilworth Buildings, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 14th day of April, 1937, the following resolution was passed :— “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. E. D. WILKINSON, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 16th day of April, 1937, presented to the said Court by John Kennedy, of Fortification, in Southland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Farmer, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Invercargill on the 18th day of May, 1937, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon ; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose ; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
