Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

N OTICE is hereby given that pursuant to and in exercise
of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by
section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act,
1925, the registration of the Blenheim Restaurant and Tea-
rooms Industrial Union of Employers, registered number
1423, situated at Blenheim, will, unless cause to the contrary
is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from
the date hereof.

Abridged description: Fl. ev. 10 sec. 87 ft. 14 M (U).

Details: On or about the 20th May a flashing white light,
flash 0·5 sec., will be established in the above position.
Elevation—87 ft. Tower—21 ft., painted white. Visibility—
14 miles. Arc of visibility—From 071° through east, south,
and west to 316°. The light is unwatched.

received for a license to install two petrol pumps at a
new garage at Ruatoria.
