NEW ZEALAND. — STEWART ISLAND. — PORT PEGASUS.
Pearl Island: Light established.
Position: Near southern end of Pearl Island. 116° 1·7 miles from observation spot, Chart 2542. 259° 4·75 miles from Seal Point, Chart 2553. Lat., 47° 12′·5 S.; long., 167° 43′·9 E. (approx.).
Abridged description: Fl. ev. 10 sec. 112 ft. 5 M (U).
Details: A flashing white light, flashing every ten seconds thus—flash 0·6 sec., eclipse 9·4 sec., has been established in the above position. Elevation, 112 ft. Tower, 6 ft. Visibility, 5 miles. Arc of visibility from 229° through west and north to 095°. The light is unwatched.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, JOHN MORRISON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Christchurch Wholesale Softgoods Employees’ Association (Incorporated) is no longer in operation, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908. Dated at Christchurch, this 16th day of April, 1937.
