Mining Privilege struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that, unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary within three months from the date hereof, the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, the registration of the Imlay Slaughtermen and Freezing-workers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1442, situated at Wanganui, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof.

Certificates of Origin for Goods exported to Czechoslovakia.

Customs Department,
Wellington, 14th April, 1937.

ADVICE has been received by the Customs Department to the effect that pursuant to Government Ordinance of 26th February, 1937, No. 30, Collection of Laws and Ordinances of the Czechoslovak Republic, importers into Czechoslovakia of certain classes of goods, the produce or manufacture of foreign countries, are required to submit to the Government Bureau of Statistics at Prague certificates of origin covering the goods in question. The ordinance takes effect as from 1st May, 1937.

Certificates of origin for goods exported from New Zealand to Czechoslovakia will be signed by Collectors of Customs on production to them of the necessary evidence that the goods have been produced or manufactured in New Zealand.

The following is a list of goods, of a class or kind manufactured in New Zealand, which are included in the ordinance:—

Apples (fine table apples).
Onions averaging 2 c.m. in diameter or more.
Flax seed and hemp seed.
Furs and hides, raw wet or dry, also salted or limed, but not tanned, exclusive of hare skins, rabbit skins, and bird skins.
Horse hair, raw or processed.
Bladders or casings, fresh, salted, or dried.
Animal tallow, raw or melted, also pressed.
Fats and fat mixtures n.e.i., except bone-manure.
Meat extracts.
Timber, other than pitchpine, except veneers, undressed.
Stearine.
Flax, jute, spinning materials n.e.i., except ramic.
Wool, raw, greasy, scoured.
Casein.
Animal substances, meat waste for manuring.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Land Boards of the respective land districts, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.
