Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received for licenses to retail petrol in Auckland (a) at premises on the corner of St. Benedict Street and Newton Road ; (b) for the installation of one pump at Pond’s Store, Mairangi Bay, Takapuna.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 29th April, 1937.

Removal of Light-and-whistle Buoy for Overhaul.
MARINERS are hereby advised that the light-and-whistle buoy off the entrance to Port Lyttelton will be removed for overhaul on or about the 1st May. During the overhaul the position will be marked by an unlighted can-buoy. No further notice will be given.

Constituting Hangatiki Base Farm.
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Hangatiki Base Farm.
SCHEDULE.
THE following land, situate in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District :—
All that parcel of land containing 220 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being the blocks situated in Block XII, Orahiri Survey District, called Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 4d No. 2d No. 5A, Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 4d No. 2d No. 5B, Pukeroa-Hangatiki 4d 2d No. 6, Pukeroa-Hangatiki 4d 2d No. 7, Mangarapa No. 4 Section 2B No. 3B No. 1, and Mangarapa No. 4 Section 2B No. 3A, part of the said parcel of land being shown as Lots Nos. 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 13489 ; all the above-described land being all the land described in Certificate of Title, Volume 359, folio 52.
All that parcel of land containing 335 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being the blocks situated in Block XII, Orahiri Survey District, called Mangarapa No. 4 Section 2B No. 2, Mangarapa No. 4 Section 2B No. 1B, Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 4d No. 2r, and Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 4d No. 2J, and part of the block situated in the said survey district called Te Kuiti No. 2B No. 18B, part of the said parcel of land being shown as Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 12560 ; all the above-described land being all the land described in Certificate of Title, Volume 358, folio 234.

I, CHARLES LEOPOLD LANDON HARNEY, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies at Invercargill, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Southland Hardware Merchants Assistants’ Guild, Incorporated, has ceased to function, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
