ESTATE OF JAMES DERRY.
In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of JAMES DERRY, late of Ashley Clinton, Storekeeper, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand on the 23rd day of March, 1937, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will as from the said date be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at my office, Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau, on Monday, the 5th April, 1937, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon.
Notice is further given that all creditors whether they have already submitted their claims or not are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.
Under the Public Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Wellington requires to take the land with improvements described hereunder :—
In Lower Hutt—Part Lot 114, Epuni Hamlet, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, containing one acre one rood ten decimal nine seven perches (1 acre 1 rood 10·97 perches).
This land is required for the purposes of a public work—namely, a public school within the meaning of the Education Act, 1914.
Notice is hereby given that a plan of the said land is open for inspection on enquiry at the post-office, Lower Hutt. All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the said Board, the offices of which are situated in Mercer Street, in the City of Wellington.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, the following resolutions were passed on the 16th day of March :—

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

“That in pursuance of section 235 of the Companies Act, 1933, Mr. DUNCAN McKAY be and is hereby nominated as liquidator of the company.”
