A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Uawa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Altering the Boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area comprising the Town District of Havelock North as at present constituted, the same being more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95340, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured carmine.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of April, 1937.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section twenty-four of the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint William Kennington, Esquire, of Okaramio, to be a member of the Marlborough Adjustment Commission from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, during the absence from New Zealand of Arthur John Murray, Esquire, a member of the said Commission.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby grant to Albert Edmond Walker, Farmer, of Kokopu (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”), a license subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth to obstruct, impound, or divert the waters of the Mangere River situated opposite the western boundary of Section 2, Block IX, Purua Survey District, in the Land District of North Auckland, and to take and use therefrom for the purposes hereinafter set forth a stream of water not exceeding three cubic feet per second at any one time.
CONDITIONS.
- IMPLIED CONDITIONS.
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licenses by the Water-power Regulations, 1934, shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this license except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
