Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received for a license to install a petrol pump at a store at Orari.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must make such representations in writing to the undersigned before the 4th April, 1937.

TENDERS will be received at the office of the Director-General, Stores Division, General Post Office, Wellington, C.1, not later than noon on the 21st April, 1937, for the supply and delivery of cloth uniform garments during the period 1st July, 1937, to the 30th June, 1939. Terms and conditions of tender may be obtained at the offices of the Director-General, Stores Division, General Post Office, Wellington, and the Chief Postmasters, Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Business Efficiency Society (Dndn.), Incorporated, is no longer in operation, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Dated at Dunedin, this 12th day of March, 1937.
