Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bruce County Council on the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:
“ The Bruce County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Bruce, by resolution declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the road on the northern boundary of Section 13, Block I, Hillend Survey District, coloured red on plan ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Bruce, fronting Section 13, Block I, Hillend Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Gilmore Street, and the North-western Side of Portion of Pennant Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 5th day of March, 1937.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz.:
“ (a) The south-eastern side of portion of Gilmore Street abutting on Lots 27 and 31, Township of Broughton; and
“ (b) The north-western side of portion of Pennant Street abutting on Lots 26 and 30, Township of Broughton ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Gilmore Street, or the north-western side of the portion of Pennant Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Gilmore Street, fronting Lots 27 and 31, Township of Broughton.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the said land district and city, known as Pennant Street, fronting Lots 26 and 30, Township of Broughton.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95186, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the southern side of Rankin Street fronting Lot 6, D.P. 812 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Rankin Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Rankin Street, fronting Lot 6, D.P. 812. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95052, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Signal Hill Road, fronting part Allotment 56, Block I, Township of Opohe. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95184, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
