A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street and road the
lands described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the Borough
of Eketa huna and the County of Eketa huna respectively.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street :
1 acre 0 roods 28·15 perches.
Being portion of Section 182, Town of Parkville (Suburban)
(Eketa huna Domain) (Borough of Eketa huna) ; coloured red.
Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
30·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 77 (gravel reserve) (County of Eke-
tahuna) ; coloured blue.
Situated in Block V, Mangaone Survey District. (S.O. 3162.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94143,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid off through Te Tio A No. 1b
Block, Block III, Waoku Survey District, North Auckland
Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
was, by an order of the Native Land Court made
on the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-four, duly laid off as a road-line in
pursuance of section four hundred and eighty-two of the
Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is
in the public interest that the said road-line should be
proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that
effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms
of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention
to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given
by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district
concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred
and eighty-seven of the said Act :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line
should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act,
1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line
described in the Schedule hereto.

Being portion of Te Tio A No. 1b Block.
Situated in Block III, Waoku Survey District. (S.O.

Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2787, and thereon coloured
blue.

WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto
traverses Native land and has been used by the
public as a public road and has been formed and improved
out of public funds :
And whereas the Native Land Court by an order made
on the thirteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-four, and issued pursuant to section four hundred
and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and
declared the said road to be a public road :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is
in the public interest that the said road should be pro-
claimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect
has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of
section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land
Act, 1931 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should
be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act,
1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described
