IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Waihi South Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Being portion of Section 34.

Situated in Block V, Mount Cerberus Survey District.
