ERRATUM.—In the Abstract of the Railways Working Account, published in Gazette No. 13 of 4th March, 1937, at page 511, the Total Railway Operation Revenue from 1st April, 1936, to 30th January, 1937, should be £5,518,393 instead of £5,578,393.
Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block IX, Katikati Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 37·6 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 44, Tahawai Parish (D.P. 13985). Situated in Block IX, Katikati Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28724.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94582, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks II, III, VI, and VII, Tarawera Survey District—viz., the Runanga Deviation of the No. 22 Taupo–Napier State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks II, III, VI, and VII, Tarawera Survey District—viz., a deviation of the No. 22 Taupo–Napier State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing No. 22 Taupo–Napier State Highway through Tarawera No. 10c Block, Block VII, Tarawera Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles 74·8 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Tarawera No. 10c Block, Blocks VII, VI, II, and III, and Tatara-a-Kina No. 9 Block, Block II, Tarawera Survey District, and terminating at a point on the northern boundary of the said Tatara-a-Kina No. 9 Block; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Hawke’s Bay Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94960, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1937.
