GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes: and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 2 15·5 Lot 2, D.P. 14720, being part land granted to New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., by grant dated 20th July, 1876; coloured blue.
0 1 37·9 Lot 1, D.P. 2691, being part land granted to New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., by grant dated 20th July 1876; coloured red.
Situated in Block XII, Komakorau Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 9 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 46, Parish of Waikomiti.
Situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28585.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1937.
