Additional Land at Wellington taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Napier Railway to take further land at Wellington in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway: Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land : 3·14 perches and 0·82 perches. Portions of street, Thorndon Quay, City of Wellington. (S.O. 3210.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4555, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of February, 1937.

Additional Land at Puketeraki taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Puketeraki in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway: Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 32 perches. Portion of Section 54, Block XII, Waikouaiti Survey District, Waikouaiti County. (S.O. 211A, Rly.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4553, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of February, 1937.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Post-office in the Borough of Te Kuiti.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 17·85 perches. Being Lot 1 of Allotment 4, Block VIII, Te Kuiti Native Township. Situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District (Borough of Te Kuiti) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28826.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94849, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1937.
