New debenture, issued pursuant to Part II of the Local Authorities Interest
Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, section 20 of the Finance Act (No. 2),
1935, and the Oamaru Harbour Board Loan Conversion Order, 1937. New debenture
for £ , payable at , in New Zealand, on the day of
, 19 , issued by the Oamaru Harbour Board, New Zealand, under the above-
mentioned Acts and Order pursuant to a resolution passed and confirmed by the said
Board as provided by section 9 (2) of the said Local Authorities Interest Reduction and
Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33.
On presentation of this debenture at , in New Zealand, on or after the

Taking Land for Public Purposes at Manihiki (Cook Islands).
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of February,
1937.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of section three hundred and fifty-seven of the Cook
Islands Act, 1915, the Governor-General, with the advice of the
Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of public buildings.
SCHEDULE.
FIRST, all that parcel of land situate in the Island of Manihiki, Cook
Islands, containing one rood fifteen perches (1 rood 15 perches), be
the same a little more or less, being the land named Section Number
eleven (No. 11), Manihiki. The above-described parcel of land is
delineated and edged red on the plan numbered 39, signed by the
Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited in the office of
the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga.
Secondly, all that parcel of land situate in the Island of Manihiki,
Cook Islands, containing eight perches (8 perches), be the same a little
more or less, being part of the land named Section Number twelve
(No. 12), Manihiki. The above-described parcel of land is delineated
and edged blue on the plan numbered 39, signed by the Resident
Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited in the office of the Registrar
of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga.
