Crown Land in Block V, Aroha Survey District, and Block XVI, Waihou Survey District, set apart for the Purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway, Paeroa-Te Aroha Section.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway, Paeroa-Te Aroha Section; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1936.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Opaheke Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
