IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Oxford Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 18 acres 1 rood 26 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 6, Rural Sections 32336, 32081, and 28037, Section 8, and Lots 3 and 4 of Reserve 2330, Block XV, and Lot 5 of Reserve 2330, Blocks XI and XV, Oxford Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
