NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the North Auckland Lands and Survey Office, Top Floor, Government Buildings, Customs Street West, Auckland, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., on Wednesday, 4th March, 1936, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

(Subdivisions of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.)

Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Optional Tenure.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 29th January, 1936.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on optional tenure under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o’clock a.m. on Monday, 24th February, 1936.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Thursday, 27th February, 1936, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Otorohanga County.—Pirongia Survey District.—Maungakiekie Block.

SECTION 6, Block XI : Area, 206 acres 2 roods. Capital value, £180. Deposit on deferred payments, £10 : Half-yearly instalment on deferred payments, £5 10s. 6d. Renewable lease : Half-yearly rent, £4 10s.

Weighted with £530 for improvements, consisting of dwelling of three rooms and bathroom, cow-shed, outbuildings, clearing and grassing, road-boundary fencing, subdivisional fencing, half-share in boundary-fencing. This sum is payable in cash or by means of a deposit of £30, the balance (£500)
