Notice of Intention to take Land in Block XVI, Pakaumanu Survey District, Blocks XIII and XIV, Ranginui Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Hurakia Survey District, for the Purposes of a Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Tapuwae, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90710, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Notice of Intention to take Additional Land for the Purposes of the Wingatui Magazine in Blocks VI and VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of the Wingatui Magazine: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Wingatui, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to take the Leasehold Interest in Land in Block VIII, Matiri Survey District, for the Purposes of a Quarry.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Elizabeth Annie Edwards from His Majesty the King under and by virtue of a memorandum of lease registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Nelson in Register-book Volume 30, folio 2, for the purposes of a quarry: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land in respect of which the leasehold interest is so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Owen Junction, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said estate of leasehold should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such estate of leasehold, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold interest is required to be taken: 3 roods 10 perches.
