Member of Island Council of Pukapuka appointed.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby appoint
Tamuta
to be a member of the Island Council of Pukapuka during his pleasure as from the date hereof, in lieu of Beni, whose appointment is hereby revoked.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 21st day of January, 1936.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, cancelled the appointment of
John Chisholm Whitney, of Auckland,
and has appointed
John Cecil Whitney, of Auckland,
to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the Auckland Acclimatization District.
