Amending Order in Council relating to Accession of His Majesty.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of December, 1936.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend the Order in Council with respect to the accession of His Majesty King George the Sixth, made on the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette Extraordinary, No. 87, of the same date—

(1) By omitting from the Proclamation set out in the Schedule to the said Order in Council the word “place” and substituting the word “effect”; and

(2) By omitting from the said Proclamation the words "all heart" and substituting the words “all hearty.”
