ERRATA.—In the thirty-sixth line of the Schedule of notice published in Gazette No. 75 of the 12th November, 1936, at page 2198, declaring land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, “ Parish of Matata Lot 72B No. 3E Section 7B No. 3 ” should read “ Parish of Matata Lot 72B No. 3B Section 7B No. 3.”
In the Order in Council dated 18th November, 1936, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 77 of the 19th day of the same month, at page 2136, exempting the north-eastern side of portion of Burwood Avenue in the City of Dunedin from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, read “ Burwood Avenue ” in lieu of “ Burwood Street ” wherever it occurs.

Additional Land between Merton and Puketeraki taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki—Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki—Bluff Railway to take further land between Merton and Puketeraki in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of November, 1936.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block XII, Waipu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 34·5 perches.
Being Lots 6 and 7 and part Lot 5, D.P. 20978, being part Waikino No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block XII, Waipu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28689.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93340, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of November, 1936.
