Excluding Land from the Onewhero Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 (2) of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notice dated the 6th day of August, 1931, of the intention to apply the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, to Opuatia 3A and other blocks by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

THE following land, situate in Onewhero Survey District, in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District: Onewhero 3D 3B Block: Area, 63 acres 2 roods 6 perches.
