The Eastern Side of Portion of Sydney Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of portion of Sydney Street abutting on Lots 29, 31, 33, and 35, Township of Sydney ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Sydney Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Sydney Street, fronting Lots 29, 31, 33, and 35, Township of Sydney. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93577, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Parsonage Road, and the Northern Side of Portion of Gladstone Road, in the County of Rangiora, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Rangiora County Council on the tenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ The Rangiora County Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Woodend, in the Rangiora Survey District, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of the streets known as Parsonage Road and Gladstone Road and coloured red on plan adjoining the lands in Block XII of the Rangiora Survey District, being the lands included in Certificate of Title, Volume 195, folio 290 ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Parsonage Road, or fronting the northern side of the portion of Gladstone Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Canterbury Land District, Rangiora County, known as Parsonage Road, fronting part Rural Section 371, Block XII, Rangiora Survey District.

Also the northern side of all that portion of road, situated in the said land district and county, known as Gladstone Road, fronting part Rural Section 371, Block XII, Rangiora Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93507, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Motueka Borough Council on the fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ The Motueka Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the Borough of Motueka, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of Parker Street on the northern side of part Section 160, Block IV, Motueka Survey District, and to the eastern side of Michael Myers Street, on western side of the said Section part 160, marked A–B–C and coloured red on plan ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Parker Street, or the eastern side of the portion of Michael Myers Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Motueka, known as Parker Street, fronting part Section 160, Block IV, Motueka Survey District.

Also the eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the said land district and borough, known as Michael Myers Street, fronting part Section 160, Block IV, Motueka Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93634, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
