A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maungatautari Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ROAD CLOSED.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks I, V, and VI, Titirangi Survey District—viz., portion of the Waitakerei Ridgeway (Coronation) Drive—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 7177, being part Allotment 83, Waikomiti Parish, Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, being the point of termination of the middle-line of a road defined by Proclamation dated 6th October, 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of 8th October, 1936, at page 1838, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly, thence westerly, and thence north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 4 miles 57 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Lot 6 of Allotment 17; Allotment 77; parts Allotments 59 and 60; another part Allotment 60; parts Allotments 58 and 58A; Allotment 62; parts Allotment 38; Allotment 66; and part Allotment 67, Waikomiti Parish, Block VI, Titirangi Survey District: Allotment 430, Waikomiti Parish, Blocks V and VI, Titirangi Survey District; parts Allotments 69, 70, and 367, Waikomiti Parish; and part Allotment 92, Waitakerei Parish, Block V, Titirangi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of Allotment 193, Waipareira Parish, Block I, Titirangi Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 93819 and 93785, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
