LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 604, folio 283 (Auckland Registry), and of the outstanding duplicate of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 203341 relating to that parcel of land being Lot 47 on deposited plan 20258, and being portion of Allotment 20, Parish of Titirangi, whereof ARTHUR EDWARD GREY, of Auckland, Railway Employee, is the registered proprietor, and the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand is the registered mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of a new certificate of title and a provisional mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 8th day of October, 1936.
