The Northern Side of Portion of High Street, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of September, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:—
“The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of High Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the aforesaid High Street adjoining Lot 266 of Section 3, Omaka, 100·05 links in length, as shown on plan, being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 33, folio 233 ”;
the portion of street affected by such resolution being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as High Street, fronting Lot 266 of Section 3, Omaka District, Town of Blenheim. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93390, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Exeter Street, the Northern Side of Portion of Paterson Street, and the Western Side of Portion of Torquay Road, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of September, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:—
“That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green Island, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of streets known as Exeter, Paterson, and Torquay Streets adjoining Allotments 69 and 70, Block I, Township of Abbotshill, Borough of Green Island ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Exeter Street, or on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Paterson Street, or on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Torquay Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Exeter Street, fronting Allotments 69 and 70, Block I, Township of Abbotshill, being also part of Section 38, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District.
Also the northern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Paterson Street, fronting Allotments 69 and 70, Block I, Township of Abbotshill, being also part of Section 38, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Torquay Road, fronting Allotments 69 and 70, Block I, Township of Abbotshill, being also part of Section 38, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93293, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side generally of Portion of a Street in the Borough of West Harbour exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the West Harbour Borough Council on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:—
“The West Harbour Borough Council, being the local body having control of the streets in the Borough of West Harbour, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the main road adjoining Allotment A, L.T.P. 1011, being part of Section 30, Sawyers Bay District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side generally of the portion of street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side generally of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of West Harbour, fronting Allotment A, L.T.P. 1011, being part Section 30, Sawyers Bay Survey District.
