Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block III, Waitemata Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Auckland-Maungaturoto Main Highway, Waitemata County Division, Albany Hills Deviation.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block III, Waitemata Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Auckland-Maungaturoto Main Highway, Waitemata County Division, Albany Hills Deviation—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing Auckland-Maungaturoto Main Highway approximately seven chains south of the northernmost corner of part Allotment 130, Paremoremo Parish (C.T. 322/159), and proceeding thence in a south-easterly and thence easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately one mile, and passing in, into, through, or over the followings lands, &c.—viz., part Allotment 130 (C.T. 322/159), part Allotment 128 (C.T. 310/48), part Allotment 130, D.P. 12185, (C.T. 288/74), Allotment 129 (C.T. 56/106), part Allotment 31 (C.T. 580/153), part Allotment 31 (C.T. 426/145), part Allotment 31, D.P. 19867 (C.T. 451/11), part Allotment 27 (C.T. 562/288), and part Allotment 27 (C.T. 562/287), Paremoremo Parish, Block III, Waitemata Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said Auckland-Maungaturoto Main Highway approximately three chains west of Lucas Creek—including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93558, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of September, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Purua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
