LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of
Memorandum of Mortgage No. 177260 now affecting
the land on deposited plan 20642, being portion of Allotment 96
of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being the
whole of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 463, folio 107
(Auckland Registry), from now ELIZABETH JANE WELLS,
of Auckland, Widow, as mortgagor, to JAMES TAIT
LAURENSEN, of Matamata, Medical Practitioner, and
ERNEST WILLIAM BARTLEET, of Auckland, Gentleman,
as mortgagees, having been lodged with me, together with a
request to register a dealing affecting the said memorandum of
mortgage without requiring production of the said outstanding
duplicate thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to
register such dealing, in terms of section 40 of the Land
Transfer Act, 1915, upon the expiration of fourteen days from
