In the matter of THE T. G. MACARTHY CONVALESCENT HOME FOR CHILDREN.

TAKE notice that a petition to approve a scheme varying the trusts under which the Wellington Hospital Board holds the above-mentioned home will be heard in the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Friday, the 25th September, 1936, at 10.30 a.m. The scheme proposes that convalescent women be admitted to the home as well as convalescent children, and has been approved by the Attorney-General. Any person may inspect the scheme without fee at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that I the undersigned DONALD WALTER BRUNTON, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Dominion of New Zealand, Lorry-driver (heretofore or sometime known and whose certificate of birth is registered as Donald Brunton Johnston), being a British subject, have by deed-poll dated the 27th day of August, 1936, and enrolled in the Supreme Court Office at Auckland, renounced and abandoned my name of Donald Brunton Johnston and assigned and adopted the name of Donald Walter Brunton for all purposes whatsoever.
