A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Pohangina Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91877, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1936.

Land taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 17 acres 0 roods 6 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 7392, being part Te Kumi No. 9 Block.

Situated in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28494.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92825, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1936.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1701, set apart by Proclamation dated the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twelfth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing 528 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest No. 1701, situated in Block XIII, Mawheranui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 10/98/92, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1936.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, and being Section 11, Block VIII, Tainui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/38, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 14628.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of August, 1936.

Variation of Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of Native Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at page 735, and affecting Haururu East B 2 Section 2A 1A and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
