LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by THE TAIRAWHITI DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD, the lessor as agent of the Native owners under Memorandum of Lease 4447, affecting all those parcels of land containing together 712 acres 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, being Nuhti G 2 and K 2 Blocks, and being all the land comprised in Provisional Register-book, Vol. 20, folio 20, whereof ENOKA POTAE, of Tokomaru Bay, Farmer, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
