LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by His MAJESTY THE KING as lessor under Crown lease of Section 2, Block VII, Tarawera Survey District, comprised in Vol. 78, folio 293 (Auckland Registry), of which CECIL FITZ LEWIS PERVIS WAY, of Te Wairoa, Accommodation Proprietor, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one calendar month from the 13th day of August, 1936, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
