HEREWITH is published for general information, in accordance with the Land Agents Act, 1921–22, a supplementary list of persons licensed to carry on business as land-agents as on the 31st day of July, 1936.

REGISTER OF LICENSES ISSUED UNDER THE LAND AGENTS ACT, 1921–22.
NOTE.—The Register is arranged alphabetically under the names of holders of licenses; but when an individual holds a license on behalf of a firm or registered company the name of such firm or company, and not the name of the holder of the license, is placed in its alphabetical order.
In the case of a firm or company the name of which consists of the Christian name or names (or initials) and surname or surnames of some person or persons, the index letter is the first letter of the first surname.
Further, where an individual holder of a license trades under a particular name, the trade-name appears in its alphabetical order.

Special Order made by the Wallace County Council altering Riding Boundaries.

Wellington, 6th August, 1936.
THE following special order, made by the Wallace County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920.
Pursuant to section 100 of that Act, as amended by section 3 of the Counties Amendment Act, 1921–22, I hereby fix the 31st day of March, 1937, as the date from which the special order shall take effect.

SPECIAL ORDER.
THE Wallace County Council, in pursuance of the powers in that behalf vested in it by the Counties Act, 1920, hereby resolves by way of special order that the boundaries of the Orepuki Riding and the Waiau Riding in the County of Wallace be and are hereby altered so that the Orepuki Riding and the boundaries thereof are as follows, namely :—
All that area in the County of Wallace, being the whole of the Longwood Survey District, with the exception of Sections 7 and 8, Block XVII, of the said district, such area being bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-east corner of the said district; towards the east by the Aparima and Jacobs River Hundreds to the sea; towards the south and south-west by the sea; towards the north-west by the east bank of the Waiau River to a point in line with the south boundary of Section 7, Block XVII, of the said district; towards the north by said Section 7 and this line produced to the east boundary of railway land of the Orepuki–Tuatapere Railway; towards the west by the said railway land; towards the north and west by Section 8, Block XVII, of the said district; towards the north by the Waiau Survey District to the starting-point: as the same is more particularly delineated on the official map in the Wallace County Office at Otatau.
And so that the Waiau Riding is altered by the inclusion therein of the said Sections 7 and 8, Block XVII, Longwood Survey District, so that the said riding and the boundaries thereof are as follows, namely :—
All that area in the County of Wallace bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the southern shore of Lake Manapouri at its intersection with the county boundary; towards the north-east by Lake Manapouri; towards the east (generally) by the Waiau River; towards the north by the Wairaki River; towards the north-east by road-line along part of eastern boundary of Section 63, Block II; towards the north-west by road along part of the north-west boundary of Section 14, Block II; towards the north by Section 13, Block II; towards the east by part Section 90, Block II; towards the north by said Section 90 and part of Section 30, Block II; towards the east (generally) by road-line along western boundaries of Sections 74, 73, 72, Block V; towards the north by said Section 72; towards the east by Sections 77 and 78, Block VI; towards the north (generally) by road along southern boundary of said Section 78; towards the north by Section 79, Block VI, to the Orawia River; towards the east (generally) by the Orawia River; towards the north by Sections 104 and 103, Block VI, all in the Waiau Survey District; towards the north-east by the Wairio Survey District to the eastern angle of Section 173, Block IX, Waiau Survey District; towards the east (generally) by the Aparima Riding; towards the south by the Orepuki Riding as described and defined above; towards the south-east by the Waiau River; towards the south (generally) by the sea; towards the west by the Fiord County to the commencing-point.
I, Gilbert Burness Burns, of Otatau, County Clerk for the County of Wallace, do hereby certify that the foregoing special order has been duly made by the Wallace County Council, the resolution making the same having been duly passed, publicly notified, and confirmed as required by the Counties Act, 1920.
