A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Blackhead Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of August, 1936.

Amending Order in Council licensing Eveline Selina Mullions, of Whangaroa, to use and occupy Parts of the Foreshore of Whangaroa Harbour as Sites for a Boatshed, Wharf, and a Stable.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of the same month, at page 1678, Eveline Selina Mullions, of Whangaroa, was licensed to use and occupy parts of the foreshore of Whangaroa Harbour as sites for a boatshed, wharf, and a stable:
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke clause three of the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and doth hereby substitute the following clause in lieu thereof:—
“3. In consideration of the concessions and privileges granted by this Order in Council, the licensee shall pay to the Minister on the 1st day of April in each year an annual rental of £1 as from the 1st day of April, 1935.”
