NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that, unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary within three months from the date hereof, the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolutions of the Land Board of the Auckland Land District, the said lands have hereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.
