Member of the Tekapo Rabbit Board appointed.—(Notice No. Ag. 3406.)

P URSUANT to the powers vested in me by section 37 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I, William Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, do hereby appoint

Edward John Robertson,

being an Inspector under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the Tekapo Rabbit Board established under the said Act.

Commissioner of the Supreme Court appointed.

NOTICE.

A LEXANDER LAURENCE, Esquire, of Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, has this day been appointed by the Honourable Sir John Ranken Reed, Acting Chief Justice of the Dominion of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in New South Wales under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
