Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block XI, Mimi Survey District—viz., the Mimi Valley Deviation of the Auckland-Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway, Clifton County Division, Pukearuhe Junction—Mokau Section.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XI, Mimi Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Auckland-Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway, Clifton County Division, Pukearuhe Junction—Mokau Section—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the Auckland-Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway opposite the western corner of Section 4, Block XI, Mimi Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles 67 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., part Section 5, part Section 23, Subdivisions 2 and 3 of Section 6, Sections 22, 26, 13, 25, 2, 12, and 9, Block XI, Mimi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said Auckland-Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway opposite the southern corner of Section 5, Block VII, Mimi Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Taranaki Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92597, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Pouatu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Adjoining or passing through part Section 1, Block VI; coloured green.
All situated in Pouatu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7516.)
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92159, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
