ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated
the 14th day of May, 1936, and published in Gazette
No. 35 of the 21st day of the same month, at page 965, taking
land for Post and Telegraph purposes in the Borough of
Whangarei, read “Being” in lieu of “Being portion of.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
road in Waiwhero Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 9·1
perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 3310 and Crown land.

Situated in Block I, Waiwhero Survey District (Westland
R.D.). (S.O. 3201.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91632,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
May, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Greenvale Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 0 37 Section 35; coloured red.
0 3 6 Section 36; coloured red.
0 1 34 Section 55; coloured purple.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 1 6 Sections 55 and 55; coloured green.
0 1 35 Sections 35 and 36; coloured green.
0 1 8 Sections 35 and 36; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Greenvale Survey District (Otago
R.D.). (S.O. G 120.)

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91930,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
May, 1936.
