ERRATUM.—In the Proclamation dated 23rd April, 1936, allocating land reserved and taken for a railway to the purposes of a road at Deborah, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 31 of 30th April, 1936, page 797, in the Schedule thereto, for “parts of Sections 64 and 41,” read “parts of Sections 64 and 4.”
Certain Lands in respect of which there are no Electors included in the Borough of Onehunga.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and thirty-nine of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the Borough of Onehunga are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said borough the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being lands in respect of which there are no electors, adjacent to the said borough.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less, being land below high-water mark of the Manukau Harbour adjacent to the Borough of Onehunga, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the high-water mark of the Manukau Harbour, distant 20 links, bearing 234° 12′, from Peg XIX on Survey Office plan 17225; thence on the south-east by a line bearing 234° 12′, distance 906·53 links, to high-water mark of the Manukau Harbour aforesaid; thence on the west, north, and east generally by high-water mark to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 23/540, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 75 acres 3 roods 5·7 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 5, and 6 on plan No. 25356 lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, bounded as follows: Commencing on the high-water mark of the Manukau Harbour at Peg XIV on the above-mentioned plan; thence towards the south by a line bearing 269° 01′, distance 3764·5 links; towards the west by a line bearing 353° 59′, distance 2488·5 links, to Mill Street; thence toward the north generally by Mill Street and Lots 18, 19, and 20 of Section 27, Town of Onehunga; thence towards the east generally by Alfred Street and the north-western boundary of Allotment M 61, Small Lots near Onehunga, to high-water mark of the Manukau Harbour; thence by high-water mark aforesaid to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 23/540, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all those areas in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement a total of 5 acres 2 roods 3·1 perches, more or less, being portions of Allotments 8, 2, 21, 9, 13, 18, and 19 of Section 27, Town of Onehunga, and portions of Spring Street, Mill Street, and Alfred Street, being areas situated between the present southern boundary of the Borough of Onehunga and Lot 1 on plan No. 25356, lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 14·2 perches, more or less, being the southern end of Albert Street and the western end of Mill Street not included in the present Borough of Onehunga.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 23/540, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1936.
