Pursuant to Regulation 4k of the Electrical Wiremen's Registration Regulations, 1929, notice is hereby given of the results of the examination held in March, 1936. Examinations were held in the following centres:

Excluding Land from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Native Affairs, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is no longer subject to the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, and is excluded from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

The following land, situate in Tangoio Survey District, in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District : Tangoio South 273 Block: Area, 14 acres 3 roods.

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
Education Reserve in North Auckland Land District for Lease by Public Auction.
North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 20th May, 1936.
Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, 8th July, 1936, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVE.
Auckland City.—Suburbs of Auckland.
Lot 11 of Allotment 83 of Section 16 : Area, 1 rood 3.4 perches. Upset annual rental, £18.
Weighted with the sum of £500 for improvements (see below). This sum is payable in cash or by a deposit of £50, and the balance of £450 secured on instalment mortgage to the Mortgage Corporation of New Zealand for a period of twenty years, bearing interest at the rate ruling at date of selection. Costs of preparation of mortgage and lease, amounting to £5 9s., are payable by the purchaser.
This property is known as No. 10 Manawa Road, Remuera. The section has a frontage of 66 ft. by a depth of 179 ft., and is a good residential site.
Improvements.—The improvements valued as above mentioned comprise a kauri-and-matai-built dwelling consisting of two bedrooms, living-room, dining-room, sewing-room, kitchenette, hall, and open sun porch. Outbuildings comprise a tool shed 10 ft. by 8 ft., floored and matchlined, washhouse 10 ft. by 12 ft., and galvanized-iron garage with concrete floor, 11 ft. by 17 ft. 6 in. Electric light and sewerage connected to dwelling. Gas stove, porcelain bath and basin, califont, linen-press, built-in wardrobe, open fireplace. North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 19th May, 1936.
Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on optional tenures under the Land Act, 1924 ; and applications will be received at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, 15th June, 1936.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 17th June, 1936, at 10.30 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT. — SECOND - CLASS LAND.
Waitemata County.—Waipareira Parish.
Allotment 206: Area, 10 acres 3 roods 9 perches. Capital value, £120. Deposit on deferred payments, £10 : Half-yearly instalment on deferred payments, £3 11s. 6d. Renewable lease : Half-yearly rent, £2 8s.
Weighted with the sum of £580 for improvements (see below), which sum may be paid in cash or by a deposit of £50, the balance of £530 being secured by instalment mortgage under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act, 1915, and amendments, for a term not exceeding thirty-six years and a half.
This property is situated at Swanson, on the Swanson-Henderson Valley Road, two miles from Swanson Post-office and school, and two miles and a quarter from Railway-station, by metalled road. Undulating to hilly land, all ploughable ; subdivided into three paddocks. Soil of clay, suitable for fruitgrowing and poultry-farming; watered by running stream. About 4½ acres are in orchard, balance being in pasture, gardens, &c.
