By adding the following new regulation:—

42A. Port Traffic, Dunedin.

Except as otherwise provided, the haulage charge on goods between Dunedin and Victoria Wharf will be computed as per subparagraphs (b) and (c), paragraph 1, Regulation 98, General Scale of Charges. The charges on goods conveyed to or from Victoria Wharf from or to stations beyond Dunedin will be computed on the Dunedin mileage plus two miles.
